About the role

Required experience and skills:

● E-commerce technologies for medium-sized markets

(Tienda Nube, Mercado Shops, Woocommerce, Prestashop, Magento 2, Shopify) and corporate markets (VTEX, Adobe).

● Management systems: Sap, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.

● Knowledge in last-mile delivery systems: such as PedidosYa, Rappi, Wabi, etc.

● Knowledge in national corporate mail logistics: Such as Ocasa, Oca, Andreani, Urbano, Andesmar, Expresos, etc.

● Knowledge in last-mile services: Chazki, Pickit, etc.

● Knowledge of logistics management software: ShipNow, Envio Pack, etc.

● Customer management tools: Zendesk, Zoho, Hubspot, etc.

● SAC tools: Cleingo, Sirena, Snappy.

● Front-end, back-end, full-stack technologies, and devops-infrastructure knowledge (control capacity).
