We are looking for a BI Manager to join us in creating the BI Team, someone who is extroverted, possesses excellent communication skills, and has the ability to promote themselves and sell the product to clients.

The responsibilities include:

● Develop and lead the workflow process for MIA, an internal platform developed by Pipol.

● Build the internal BI team at Pipol.

● Prepare and present value reports to clients using MIA.

● Analyze trends that represent opportunities and/or anticipate potential issues.

Required experience and skills:

● Demonstrable experience in consulting, marketing, or advertising (companies such as e-commerce, digital casinos/gambling industry, media agencies).

● Strong knowledge of technical Business Intelligence tools (Reporting, Dashboards).

● Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

● Proficiency in data exploration tools: Tableau, Tibco Spotfire, Power BI.

● Experience in handling digital marketing data tools (Google Analytics, Facebook, Ad Servers)

English Level

Advance. Conversational English proficiency

Type of work:

Initially, the position is on premise since the goal is to lead and build the BI team from scratch. Over time, there will be more flexibility.
