About the role

At TeraCode, we empower companies to successfully complete digital transformation projects. From strategy and design to technology selection and implementation, we help achieve outcomes by connecting products and collecting data, creating customer-facing apps, enhancing in-store experiences, remotely monitoring assets, utilizing algorithms for predictive maintenance, automating re-ordering processes, and more.

To accomplish this goal, we are actively seeking a DevOps professional to become a part of our team.

The responsibilities include:

● Airflow jobs and Databricks production support.

● Management of permissions. Not only IAM but also permissions for Databricks and Snowflake, also on Gitlab and GitHub.

Support to data engineering, bug fixing in Airflow and Pyspark (Databricks), and a bit of development in both. Support in SQL queries (Snowflake).

● Cloud design: be able to design simple cloud architectures (including charts and documentation) and implement them.

● CI/CD: construction of automated pipelines for cloud deployment and monitoring of existing pipelines.

● MLops: help build the new MLops pipeline.


Required Technical Skills:

AWS (Lambda, S3, IAM, Cloudformation, SNS, SES, SQS)

Airflow

Python (boto3)

Docker

Gitlab (CI/CD)

GitHub (Code versioning)

Jira

 

Beneficial experience to have:

Pyspark

Databricks management

AWS (EC2, Step Functions, Glue, API gateway, DynamoDB, ECS, Cloudwatch, MWAA, Sagemaker, RDS, secret manager)

Snowflake

Confluence

Lucidchart or other design tools 


Seniority and years of experience

Intermediate with +5 years of experience

 

English Level

Advance

 

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position. 9:00 – 18:00 

 

Type of work:

This is a 100% remote work

 

Holidays:

You will observe the public holidays in Argentina.
