We are looking for a Director of Ecommerce to join our team — someone with proactive leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
About the role/responsibilities:
● Strategic Development: Define and execute the commerce strategy in collaboration with account teams, ensuring alignment with client and Group objectives.
● Commercial Performance: Oversee and optimize the performance of commercial campaigns, using key metrics to measure success and propose continuous improvements.
● Creativity and Innovation: Drive creativity and innovation in commerce strategies, ensuring campaigns are innovative and appealing to clients.
● Client Relations: Collaborate closely with account directors to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and ensure the delivery of effective solutions.
● Team Development: Lead, motivate, and develop work teams, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting the professional growth of team members.
● Data Analysis: Use data and analysis to inform strategic decisions, identify market trends, and propose actions to improve commercial performance.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other team leaders, including digital performance, creative, data, and technology departments, to ensure effective integration of commerce strategies.
● Create and lead reports and analyses across all channels and own the performance of all relevant KPIs (ROAS, LTV, CAC, contribution margin, channel CPA, retention, customer loss feedback, return rates, etc.)
● Collaborate with regional marketing teams to align vision and strategies for content, products, and discipline processes.
Required experience and skills:
● Previous experience as a Director of Commerce or in a similar position.
● Proven track record of success in developing and implementing data-driven commerce strategies.
● Deep knowledge of market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the field of commerce.
● Proficiency in Analytics
Beneficial experience and skills to have:
● Knowledge of analysis tools like Similar Web, comScore
● Familiarity with measurement, tagging, pixels
● Understanding of defining KPIs and OKRs.
● Knowledge in Meta, Programmatic, and Google Ads.
This role will work closely with the digital director and report to the Manager. It will also collaborate with a Team Leader, Coordinator, and Planner.
Type of work:
Hybrid. Attendance at the office three times a week. The office is in Las Condes, Chile
● Meal allowance of 6.000 per working day.
● Teletrabajo allowance 20.000 additional net amount
