About the role

Lara AI is a SaaS solution, designed to take employee engagement to new heights. Through personalized conversations, real-time analytics, and AI-driven automation, we're transforming the HR landscape.

We are currently seeking a proactive Senior Account Executive with a positive attitude, initiative, and a strong desire for professional growth to join our team.

 

The responsibilities include:

● To lead the end-to-end sales process for our clients, from the initial meeting to its closure, interacting with Human Resources industry executives in various Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America.

● To have an active role during the initial months of client activation, working closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure the success of the client's launch.

● To work on educating on how to build and enhance employee experience in organizations, demonstrating how Lara AI adds unique value, focus, and efficiency to their teams.

● To meet quarterly and annual sales targets and keep the sales pipeline and forecasts updated.

 

Required experience and skills:

● 1 to 2 years of experience in selling B2B digital products to medium-sized and/or enterprise companies, with a proven track record.

● Strong skills in communication, presentation, and management of various stakeholders.

● Experience working with CRMs (preferably Hubspot)

 

Beneficial experience and skills to have:

● Sales experience in SaaS companies

 

Seniority and years of experience:

Senior with 2/3 years of experience in similar position

 

Type of work:

This is 100% remote with a coworking possibility at the Palermo office.

 

Our Team:

The team consists of 3 individuals in sales and 5 in sourcing.
