We are seeking a proactive and with good communication skills Sr Product Owner to: 

● Design and present proposals for technological solutions to meet the needs of support requirements or projects related to the applications/modules.

● Control and/or execute the task plan derived from corrective/evaluative support and projects concerning the Applications/modules under their responsibility.

● Lead the team under their responsibility, whether external and/or internal, to ensure efficiency, knowledge management, and a good long-term work environment.

● Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) in negotiating priorities among different requirements to achieve a balance between execution capability and resource allocation.

● Identify improvements in the applications/modules under their responsibility, in order to prevent degradation in business processes and technical inconsistencies in the applications/modules under their purview.

Required Technical Skills:

● Experience in project management within the systems area.

● Proficiency in SQL, MySQL, Data Extraction, ETL.

● Programmer Analyst / Systems Analyst / Systems Engineer or related field.

● Previous experience in an IT company/project.

● Knowledge of software development management methodologies, projects, and ITIL

Beneficial experience and skills to have:

● Coming from companies in system/technology/logistics

● Softland / Unigis

Seniority and years of experience

Senior with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field

Studies/ Degree:

Preferably a student of Systems Analysis or Computer Science.

Type of work:

This is a hybrid work with flexible hours. Attendance at the office twice a week.

Team:

Reports to the IT Services Manager.
