About the role

We are a company created to co-manage and operate supply chains for our clients in Argentina and the MERCOSUR.

In the professional context, at iFLOW, we believe that genuine support for collaborators and leaders during these challenging times is essential for the development of a proactive, committed, and innovative team.

We are seeking a proactive Functional Analyst to join our team.

The responsibilities include:

● Attention to complaint tickets

● Operational support

● Process improvement analysis

● Testing developments

● Monitoring and implementation of processes and changes

● Preparing documentation

● User training


Required Technical Skills:

● Functional experience with WMS (Infor, VKM, etc.).

● Management of business processes

● Management of information systems

● Knowledge of SQL and databases

● Background in IT company/project

 

Beneficial experience and skills to have:

● Background in systems/technology/logistics companies

● Experience with Softland/Unigis


Seniority and years of experience

Intermediate to Senior with a minimum of 4/5 years of experience in the area.

 

Studies/ Degree:

Preferably a student of Systems Analysis or Computer Science.

  

Team:

You will be reporting to the Product Owner. Currently, there are 4 Functional Analysts in the team.

 

Type of work:

This is a hybrid work, attending the office twice a week at Pablo Nogués (Zona Norte, near Tortuguitas)
