About the role

We are a company created to co-manage and operate supply chains for our clients in Argentina and the MERCOSUR.

We are seeking a proactive, autonomous Sr Information Systems Manager with strong communication and leadership skills to join our team.


The responsibilities include:

● Ensure the proper evolution of the applications (specific to logistics and will be trained) / modules under their responsibility, from a functional and technological point of view.

● Act as a point of reference for the applications / modules under their responsibility, both for corrective and evolutionary support, as well as for projects involving the processes supported by the applications / modules under their responsibility.

● Stay updated with market trends. Research and propose new products that provide improvements in terms of performance and quality of integrated processes and/or analytical information with an appropriate cost-benefit ratio.

● Lead the work team under their responsibility, whether internal or outsourced.


Required experience and skills:

● Must come from the industry. *Should have worked previously in a logistics company or is experience in IT sufficient? Does the candidate need to be a current manager in a logistics company?

● Project Management: Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. Knowledge of methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or PMI is valuable.

● Technologies: Knowledge and experience with development teams in .NET, SQL Server, cloud computing, etc. Knowledge of WMS, TMS, OMS, and logistics business (desirable).

● Incident and Problem Management: Knowledge in managing incidents, problems, and changes.

● Customer Service Experience: Understanding customer needs and how to provide excellent service.

● Personnel Management: Knowledge of leadership, motivation, and team development techniques.


Beneficial experience and skills to have:

● Certifications: ITIL, PMP, COBIT, Six Sigma.

Seniority and years of experience:

Sr. with approximately 5 years of experience in the area. Must have already been a manager.

Studies/ Degree:

Professional with a Bachelor's degree in areas such as Engineering or Information Technology.


You will be reporting to the CTO.

Type of work:

It’s a hybrid and flexible work model, attending the office in Pablo Nogues twice a week.
