Currently, we are seeking a Developer Consultant specialized in SAP with a proactive attitude, autonomy, good communication skills, adaptability, flexibility, and teamwork abilities.
The project consists of implementing ECP for the company Stratesys.
Realization Phase:
● Functional Specifications
● Technical Specifications
● Workbook
● Solution Prototype
● Meeting Minutes
Validation Phase:
● Configuration Workbooks
● Test Manual
● Integrated Testing Plan
● User Manuals (Quick Guides)
● Incident Inventory (testing and launch)
The responsibilities include:
● Obtaining the necessary information and data elements for parameterization
● Defining and designing the solution and business processes to be implemented in Employee Central
● Configuring the solution and defining user profiles
● Determining data conversion criteria
● Inventory of impacts resulting from changes
● Planning, executing, and supporting system testing and data conversion.
● Training of key users
● Generating functional procedures in various formats: online, manuals, and help guides
● Supporting the implementation and assimilation process of the system
● Preparing and supervising technical, functional, and user documentation
● Responsible for data migration from legacy systems to the new cloud system • Data transformation and loading
● Data cleaning
● Executing data migration in the system
Required experience and skills:
● Solid experience of at least 3 years in Employee Central implementations
● Experience in the complete implementation cycle: from design and analysis to go-live, including user training, testing, documentation, and production deployment of the solution
● Expertise in Organizational Structure, Employee Central, Time Off, and preferably Time Sheet
● Provide training and guidance to internal teams and end-users on the effective use of the Employee Central platform
● Advanced analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
● Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
● Customer orientation
● Constantly staying updated with the latest trends and releases of SuccessFactors
Language knowledge:
● Good conversational proficiency in English and Portuguese
Studies/ Degree:
● Bachelor's degree
● Employee Central Module certification
Type of work:
Contract and remote work based in Argentina.
