If you would like to be part of our team, we are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to develop learning models for assessing job candidate and employee quality and performance

 

Required experience and skills: 

● Experience as a team leader

● Software engineering experience and a deep knowledge of data analysis, machine learning and AI

● Basic SQL skills

Beneficial experience and skills to have:

● Ideally this person has software engineering experience

● Advanced SQL/Postgres skills.

● Self-motivated

● Leadership mindset

● Good communication skills

Seniority and years of experience

Senior with 7-10 years of experience

 

English Level

Advanced.

 

Type of work:

This is 100% remote work based in Latin America

 

Our Team:

You will be working on a team of 2 seniors.

 

Technology and Equipment:

We provide annual USD 750 to purchase work equipment.
