We operate around product-facing pillars and focus on user-centric design within the team.

Currently, we are looking to fill the Senior Product Designer role, involved across the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through wireframing and prototyping to final design. This role is highly hands-on, prioritizing a user experience-first approach to problem-solving.

This is a remote position based in Argentina, working in EST hours


The responsibilities include:

● Work on end-to-end projects, collaborating on scope definition, analysis, wireframing, prototyping, and delivery of usable and delightful designs based on product definitions.

● Present your work effectively to the team and communicate your decision-making process clearly, integrating feedback from various perspectives and needs.

● User-centric design thinking across all initiatives and maintaining a collaborative design process.

● Collaborate on defining and documenting our Design System, working with other designers and developers to iterate on current components and layouts.

● Participate in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance of product features.

● Demonstrate a track record of designing products that users love, with a background as a UX/UI Product Designer.

● Utilize Figma extensively and possess deep knowledge of design and engineering tools and languages.

● Show empathy for customer needs while considering technical constraints and business goals; passionate about inclusive design and accessibility, designing with all users in mind.

● Demonstrate flexibility and embrace challenges, offering new ways to quickly answer research questions and communicate results memorably and impactfully.

● Feel comfortable in a team environment where exchanging ideas and constructive feedback is natural.

● Maintain a portfolio of relevant design work illustrating your involvement and contributions to solving specific problems.


Valuable background and abilities:

● Ability to perform in fast paces process (start-up)

● Self-management responsibilities.

● Creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgment

● Willingness to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team environment distributed across different locations (ability to work remote, adaptability, flexibility)

Required experience and skills: 

● Product background

● Figma

● User research, UI design, usability tests, Wireframing, prototyping

● User-centric design thinking, inclusive design and accessibility,

● Deep understanding of Apple’s human interface design guidelines, Android design and other mobile platform designs, including Google’s material design.

● Good understanding of intuitive design patterns and micro-interactions.

● Strong typography, layout and visual design skills.


Beneficial experience and skills to have: 

● Start-up experience

● HTML, CSS and responsive design knowledge

Senior with +7/8 years of total experience // 4+ years in Mobile and/or Desktop UX/UI in a Product role

Studies/ Degree:

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design / UX/UI studies

English Level

Advance level for speaking and communicate effectively your ideas. You will be interacting with teams from US and Canada.


Type of work:

This is a 100% remote work, but we do have a co-work office in Palermo (so we'll appreciate someone that can go once in a while so we can search all across Argentina)

Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team that involves not only Design but also Engineering (developers), Growth (marketing), Content, Product Managers, Motion Designers and Sales teams. Distributed team across Canada, US, Philippines, Argentina

They work in pods. Reporting to Brett Grau - Director of Product Design (based in NY)

*Scale: This pillar supports developers and strengthens the platform for users.
