We are very pleased to continue growing and adding talent to our teams. Among these talents, we are looking for a Senior Team Leader to perform functional technical supervision, with the aim of ensuring quality throughout the design, development, and implementation process of applications.

Required experience and skills: 

Ability in coordination and leadership, managing business expectations, making estimates in effort and time.

Proactive, creative, responsible, and committed, facilitating communication among different areas involved in implementation.

Teamwork, adaptability to change.

General knowledge of integration, performance, and maintenance.

Mastery of Agile methodologies.

General knowledge of cybersecurity.

Analysis and tracking of issues and risks.

Operation and presales skills.

Ability to manage and motivate a team of consultants collaborating on various projects and client accounts.

Income and margin control.

Beneficial experience and skills to have: 

Manage these languages: Portuguese, Catalan, French.


Seniority and years of experience

Senior with +5 years as a Leader with experience in Microsoft environments.

English Level

Intermediate to Advance
