Chattigo is a SaaS platform that enables companies to communicate with their customers through human assistance (chats) and/or automated processes (ChatBot), using the chat application chosen by the customer.

About the project/role:
● Contact leads generated through marketing campaigns and manage the current database to schedule meetings with potential clients.
● Apply client hunting and farming tools.
●Thoroughly understand the platform and its functionalities to conduct presentations and demos.
● Document the customer journey in HubSpot.
● Follow up with the customer to close the sale and perform cross-selling and upselling.
● Analyze each customer’s progress through data and KPI analysis to improve relationships.
● Report any incidents related to personal data protection and security.
● Transfer any reports concerning doubts and complaints related to personal data.
● Ensure compliance with the information security guidelines established in the information security policy.
● Participate in training and awareness programs on Personal Data Protection and information security.
Required experience and skills:
● Experience in similar roles in service companies.
● Experience in opening new accounts (client hunting).
● Negotiation skills and maintenance of commercial terms.
● Advanced knowledge of technology solutions.
● Previous experience in forecasting sales and billing processes.
● Experience with CRM and ERP systems

Required Technical Skills:
● Experience of at least 3 years in similar positions for B2B companies
● Certification in Google Ads
● HubSpot CRM management in lead acquisition
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
● Data analysis and information synthesis skills
● Analytical capacity and a good relationship with numbers
Beneficial experience and skills to have:
● Proficiency in Portuguese.

Semi Senior with +3 years of experience
English Level
Fluent in both spoken and written communication
Studies/ Degree
Training in commercial management, administration, marketing, and related fields.
Type of work:
This is a 100% remote work
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position. Argentina working hours and public holidays
