Among these talents, we are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to play a crucial role in developing and implementing scalable solutions to address complex problems across the organization using statistical techniques, data science, and machine learning. You will work with large datasets, extract valuable insights, and design models that enhance our operations and decision-making processes.

● Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
● Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
About the project/role:
● Creation of Visualizations: Develop and maintain high-quality visualizations to represent data insights effectively, aiding in strategic decision-making.
● Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in meetings with different stakeholders, interpret requirements, and provide visualization tools that simplify communication with both technical and business interlocutors.
● Production Integration: Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain models in production, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
● Data Analysis and Insight Extraction: Obtain, process, and analyse large volumes of data from various sources to extract meaningful insights and inform strategic decisions.
● Develop and Implement Solutions: Create, develop, and implement new and scalable solutions for cross-functional organizational challenges using statistical methods, Data Science, and Machine Learning techniques.
● Model Design and Evaluation: Design, train, and evaluate Machine Learning models capable of adapting to complex production environments. Establish best practices for software development to ensure efficient and automated processes.
Required experience and skills:
Programming Languages:
● Proficiency in Python.
● Experience with SQL.
Data Analysis and Visualization:
● Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn in Python.
● Proficiency in using libraries like Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation and analysis.
Machine Learning and Statistical Techniques:
● In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
● Experience with statistical analysis and techniques, including hypothesis testing, regression, and clustering.
Software Development and Best Practices:
● Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices, including version control, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Beneficial experience and skills to have:
Programming Languages:
● Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Neo4j) is a plus.
Data Analysis and Visualization:
● Experience with Highcharts library is a plus.
Seniority and years of experience
Senior with minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Science or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing Machine Learning models in production environments.
English Level
Advanced.
Type of work:
This is 100% remote work but based in Argentina.
