About the role

We are a company created by educators for educators. We created Educabot to collaborate in the education of a new generation capable of using technology to find creative solutions to real problems. Through workshops, courses, content, and products, we aim to create a community passionate about imagining, creating, and sharing We are very pleased to continue growing and adding talent to our teams. Among these talents, we are looking for a Jr UX/UI Designer.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about user-centered design and eager to develop their skills in a collaborative environment.


About the project/role:

Wireframes and Prototypes: Participate in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. Ensure these designs align with project goals and user needs.

User Flows and Navigation: Contribute to the development of user flows, navigation diagrams, and information architecture to ensure intuitive and smooth user experiences.

Design Presentation: Prepare and present design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to the team and stakeholders. Articulate design rationale and incorporate feedback into iterations.

Feedback Integration: Collaborate in gathering early and frequent feedback from team members, stakeholders, and users to refine designs. Iterate quickly based on insights and ensure alignment with user needs.

Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, product managers, and developers to ensure design solutions are implemented effectively and meet project requirements.

Research: Assist in user research and usability testing efforts to gather insights that inform design decisions.

Design Tools: Use industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar to create and iterate on designs.

 

Required Technical Skills:

●  Some experience (including internships or freelance work) in UX/UI design

●  A portfolio showcasing design skills, particularly in wireframing, prototyping, and user flows

●  Basic proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar

●  Understanding of UX principles and best practices

 

Seniority and years of experience

Junior with demonstrable experience in projects outside of any formal training

 

Studies/ Degree:

Any completed certification-based training

 

Type of work:

The position is hybrid; attendance at the office is expected on Thursdays at Achala 3578, C1437 CABA

The team is composed of a Project Manager and a Semi Senior Designer.
