Valuable background and abilities:

● Communicate clearly both in writing and verbally

● Plan resources according to expected workload

● Communicate and present progress to stakeholders

● Effectively manage time for long-term projects

● Present and explain ideas to the team

● Monitor the team’s progress daily

● Follow and establish work methodologies

Required Technical Skills:

● Agile methodologies

● Scrum

● Project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana

Beneficial experience and skills to have:

● Commitment or affinity for education

● Long-term commitment to the company

Seniority and years of experience

Senior with +4 years of experience

Studies/ Degree:

● Enrolled in or graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering or related fields

● Certification in Project Management/Product Ownership/Scrum Master

Type of work:

The position is hybrid; attendance at the office is expected on Thursdays at Achala 3578, C1437 CABA
