Requirements:

● Strong expertise in common design software tools such as Figma (preferred).

● Working experience in interaction design and iterative prototyping.

● Strong understanding of design research methods to uncover customer insights.

● Experience with resources such as component libraries, repositories, and internal communication tools.

● Experience in an Agile environment or juggling multiple projects, deadlines, teams and/or products.

●Autonomy, independence and responsibility to meet objectives in changing contexts

●Knowledge and mastery of human-centered design and practices

●Experience in developing and managing design systems to optimise UX/UI workflows and enhance brand consistency.

●Most Experience in desktop projects

Nice to have:

● General awareness of technology mediums (Javascript, HTML/CSS, React Native, etc.) to facilitate productive collaboration with front-end engineers.
