Before working with Pitcheers, we were trying to increase the team's size, and we were struggling finding full stack developers with the right skill sets. We had been working with a staff augmentation provider that would not perform a proper candidate screening, or even understand our needs, and we would end up with the wrong candidates presented to us. Also, their business model consisted on taking a percentage (quite high) of each billed hour, so the resource would end up earning a lower hourly rate, while the company would pay an above-market rate.

We had a few conversations with Pitcheers’ specialists, discussed our needs, and they presented us with a pool of candidates that, in general, were more aligned to what we were looking for. Also, their fee model works better for all parties involved.
